Accordingly, the appeal is allowed, the judgment below in favour of the plaintiffs is set aside, the plaintiffs’ claim against the defendants is dismissed and a declaration that the plaintiffs’ title to the Part 2 land is extinguished and the defendants have acquired a possessory title to the Part 2 land is granted.
