1. 原告人稱於2012年12月乘坐輕便鐵路電車期間被正在關閉的車門夾傷右上肢。她指事發時該車的車長正在使用手提電話。原告人向被告人索償。區域法院暫委法官周卓輝審理案件後在2018年12月21日頒發判案書撤銷原告人的申索。原告人於2019年1月9日存檔傳票，申請許可讓她就判決提出上訴。周法官於2019年4月2日拒絕原告人的申請。原告人於2019年8月1 日存檔傳票，向上訴法庭提出逾期重新上訴許可申請。
