By summons filed on 25 April 2023, the 1 st to 7 th Petitioners (“ Ps ”) applied for leave to discontinue the Petition presented on 11 June 2019 (as amended on 13 January 2020) (“ Petition ”) with costs against the 1 st to 4 th Respondents (collectively “ Rs ”). Leave was granted to Ps to discontinue the Petition in the circumstances described in §§21-33 below.
