By a judgment written in Chinese handed down on 23 August 2024 ( the Judgment ) [1] , this Tribunal found the respondent Madam Cheung guilty of contempt in these proceedings ( the Verdict ) for failing to comply with judgment entered by this Tribunal against her on 10 January 2023 ( the Previous Judgment ) after trial of LDBM No.106/2022 ( the Previous Action ) brought by the applicant incorporated owners ( IO ) against her (see paragraphs 1 and 134 of the Judgment).
