On 11 June 2019, this Court handed down its Judgment after trial (“2019 Judgment”) whereby the 1 st and 2 nd Respondents were found guilty of contempt for having failed to comply with the order of this Court in FCMP 63/2017 (“2017 Order”). Details of the 2017 Order and the related background are set out in the 2019 Judgment which I do not intend to repeat here.
