I have before me an application for writ of habeas corpus by the Applicant filed on 26 March 2025 seeking his release from Tai Tam Gap Correctional Institution (“TTGCI”) where he is presently being detained (“the Application”). He has been detained since 8 October 2024 making the period of detention to date 213 days (“the Detention”).
