I have before me an application for writ of habeas corpus by the Applicant filed on 30 June 2025 seeking his release from Tai Tam Gap Correctional Institution (“TGCI”) where he has been detained since 12 January 2024 (“the Application”). The period of detention to date is 575 days (“the Detention”).
