1. The defendant, Mr Chan, has entered pleas of guilty on two charges today. Both the charges deal with the offence of dealing with property known or believed to represent the proceeds of an indictable offence which is contrary to Section 25(1) and (3) of the Organised and Serious Crimes Ordinance, Cap 455.
