The following correction in the Judgment of the above case dated 5 March 2008 has been made:

Paragraph 69(3)1) of the Judgment should read as follows:-

“First, computation of the available assets of the parties such as property, income (including earning capacity) and other financial resources which the parties have and are likely to have in the foreseeable future.”
