1. On 13 August 2005, Mr. Wong Ki (" Wong ") went with 2 colleagues and his brother-in-law, Mr. Wong Tung Sing (" TS "), to office premises at Unit D, 25th floor, Block 1, Tai Ping Industrial Centre in Tai Po (" Premises ") to dismantle an air-conditioning unit and to install a new one in its place.
