The following amendment is made to the reasons for judgment dated 28 July 2011: -
“ ‘The judge refused the application by the prosecution to enhance the sentence under s 75(4) of the Organized and Serious Crimes Ordinance……’ as shown on page 7, para. 22 be amended to ‘The judge refused the application by the prosecution to enhance the sentence under s 27(11) of the Organized and Serious Crimes Ordinance……’.”
