1.In paragraph 30, last sentence, after “Yew Kuan Cheong”, insert the words “would hold”.

2.In paragraph 43, last sentence, after “as much as possible”, delete “to ensure” and substitute with “in order”.

3.In paragraph 50, fifth sentence, delete “recent” before “appointment”; and after “Kudeta”, delete “BVI” and replace with “entities”.

4.In the plaintiffs’ representation, include “and Ms Ebony Ling”.
