Please note the following corrigendum in the Decision dated 5 July 2016:

1.  In paragraph 7, after subparagraph 4, insert new subparagraph 5 which reads: “The 1^st defendant (by Original Action in HCA 183/2014) and the other related defendants in HCA 183/2014 do have leave to file and serve any consequential amendments to their pleadings within 28 days of this Order, i.e. on or before 2 August 2016.”

2.  In paragraph 7, after new subparagraph 5, insert new subparagraph 6 which reads: “Time for filing and service of the pleadings shall run during the Court vacation.”
