1. The plaintiff was a lawful visitor to a shopping mall managed and operated by the defendant. On 24 November 2010, in the evening, after having dinner with her son in a restaurant in Luk Yeung Galleria, the plaintiff alone walked along a public corridor in the same shopping mall intending to visit a supermarket.
