Deputy High Court Judge Yan SC dismissed the petitioner’s (‘Chow’) applications made pursuant to section 168A of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 32) in respect of three companies, namely, Smart Creator International Limited (‘Smart Creator’), Fintasy Limited (‘Fintasy’) and Turbo Cheer Development Limited (‘Turbo Cheer’). Chow now appeals.
