This is a dispute between owners of a village house situated at Section B of Lot No. 243, Section B of Lot No. 244 and Section B of Lot No, 245 all in demarcation District No. 209, described as the “Premises” in the Deed of Mutual Covenant (“DMC”). There is constructed on the Premises a 3-storeyed building known as No. 196 Sai Keng Village, Tai Po, New Territories (“the Building”).
