By a judgment handed down on 18 February 2016, the Court of Appeal (Barma and Poon JJA) dismissed the applicant’s application for leave to appeal against the orders of Acting Chief District Judge Justin Ko dated 16 November, 2 December and 9 December 2015. By a notice of motion filed on 3 March 2016, the applicant applied for leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal against the Court’s said decision.
