1. The applicants in these applications were charged with two counts of conspiracy to defraud in respect of the acquisition of some farms in New Zealand by a listed company in Hong Kong. They are the 1 st and 3 rd accused in the criminal proceedings. The details of the alleged conspiracies were set out in the judgment of this Court in HKSAR v Chen Keen (2019) 22 HKCFAR 248.
