This is an employment dispute between Caidao Capital Limited (“ CCL ”) and two of its former employees, Mr Harmen Christiaan Overdijk (“ Mr Overdijk ”) and Mr Lodewijk Lamaison Van Den Berg (“ Mr Lamaison ”). [1] These proceedings were commenced in the Labour Tribunal and were later transferred to the High Court and consolidated.
