1. The defendant, Mok Hoi Chun, Grayson, was convicted after trial by a unanimous jury on 31 March 2026 of one count of “Conspiracy to traffic in dangerous drugs”, contrary to section 4(1)(a) and (3) and 39 of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, Cap. 134, and section 159A and 159C of the Crimes Ordinance, Cap. 200.
