1. The Plaintiff was the 3 rd Defendant’s employee. He was instructed to deliver some waste paper to the 1 st Defendant’s premises. The 1 st Defendant was a dealer of waste paper. The 2 nd Defendant’s was its employee, who was instructed to drive a forklift-truck. In the course of work, the 2 nd Defendant lost control of the fork-lift truck, which hit the Plaintiff’s finger. The Plaintiff suffered injury and loss of earnings.
