The present dispute is between the children of the late Tam Lai Tung (who I shall refer to in this decision, as the parties have done through-out the case, as “Father”) concerning the way in which his eldest son, Tam Bo Kin, managed the affairs of the Company, which is the 6 th Respondent, between about 1972 and Father’s death on 24 August 1989.
