1. This is an assessment of the 1 st Defendant’s damages against the 2 nd Defendant on the basis of a Notice of Claiming Contribution and Indemnity dated 4 th August, 2011 (“ the Contribution Notice ”), which was ordered to stand as the Statement of Claim. The claim was made pursuant to Section 3 of the Civil Liability (Contribution) Ordinance, Cap. 377.
