1. 原告人是被告人的前僱員,任職女車工,主要負責縫製胸圍樣辦。原告人指稱她受被告人非法解僱,進一步或交替地她指稱因殘疾而遭受被告人歧視和騷擾(harassment) [1] 。因此,原告人要求(i)法庭宣告她的解僱為非法;(ii)收入損失補償;(iii)因遭受歧視和騷擾所引致的情緒痛苦的補償;(iv)進一步或其他資助;(v)利息;及(vi)堂費。 [2]
