The judgment of the Court of Appeal dated 4 April 2019 should be corrected as follows:

Paragraph 37 on pages 18-19 of the judgment be corrected to read as: “As to point (3), Miss Lai SC submitted that before passing sentence, the magistrate had not paid sufficient regard to the so-called “starting point for sentence” laid down in So Pak Lam by the Court of First Instance, and since the facts in the present case were more serious than those in So Pak Lam, a higher starting point should be adopted.”
