This is the Applicant’s application by summons for extension of time to appeal the order of this Court dated 19 January 2022 (the “Order”) refusing to grant him leave to apply for judicial review of the decision of the Torture Claims Appeal Board/ the Non-Refoulement Claims Petition Office (the “Board”). On 28 February 2022, 40 days after the Order was made, the Applicant applied by summons for leave to appeal the Order out of time.
