At what point does someone born a biological “female person” become a “male person” so as to permit him to enter, without fear of criminal prosecution, that part of any sex-segregated public convenience allocated for the use of male persons? Or perhaps to put it another way: where in this context is the line drawn between a “female person” and a “male person”, and who should draw that line?
