1. This is an application by the Plaintiff by Amended Originating Summons dated 6 November 2024 (“ the Amended OS ”) for an order of committal against the Defendant on the grounds that he has breached and/or aided and abetted Welltec Industrial Equipment Limited (“ Welltec ”) to breach an injunction order made by this court against Welltec on 9 April 2024 in HCA 659/2024 (“ the Injunction Order ”) continued by DHCJ KC Chan by his order dated 19 April 2024.
