The Defendant, TSANG Tsz-keung, pleaded guilty in the Magistrates’ Court to one count of “Trafficking in Dangerous Drugs” (Charge 1) and one count of “Failure to Provide Specimen of Blood or Urine” (Charge 2). He was committed to this Court for sentence, and now appears before me to be dealt with.
