1. There are four actions before me at this hearing. All of them were commenced by the same plaintiff, Yuen Oi Yee Lisa [“Yuen”]. The defendants in the four actions are involved in respect of Yuen’s dealings in connection with the businesses of Robert Lam [“RL”], the defendant in High Court Action No.2742 of 2006 or litigations stemming therefrom.
