This is the assessment of damages for personal injuries, arising out of a traffic accident at the midnight of 15 th September 2005 when the taxi driven by the Plaintiff was hit from behind by another taxi driven by the Defendant and made subsequent to an interlocutory judgment on liability entered by consent against the Defendant on 15 th December 2006.
