1. 海關關長(“申請人”)按香港法例第60章《進出口條例》第28條就一輛重型貨車車牌PT3212(“貨車”)及其車匙請沒收令。原審裁判官 黃國輝 在聆訊後頒下了相關命令，上訴人為該輛貨車的登記法定車主。上訴人不服，就沒收令提出上訴。
