1. The Defendant stood trial before us after pleading not guilty to the offences of “incitement to secession” and “terrorist activities” under the NSL [1] . We convicted the Defendant of both offences on 27 July 2021 at the end of the trial and gave our Reasons for Verdict [2] . On 29 July 2021, we heard the mitigation advanced by Mr Grossman, SC, on behalf of the Defendant and we then adjourned sentence to 30 July 2021.
