This is the Applicant’s application for extension of time to appeal the order of Deputy High Court Judge Suffiad (“DHCJ Suffiad”) dated 4 November 2021 (the “Order”) refusing to grant him leave to apply for judicial review of the decision of the Torture Claims Appeal Board/Adjudicator of the Non-Refoulement Claims Petition Office (the “Board”). On 16 December 2021, 42 days after the Order was made, the Applicant applied by summons for leave to appeal the Order out of time.
