1. This action of the plaintiff (“ Chu ”) is for damages for personal injury she sustained in an accident in the course her employment with the 2 nd defendant (“ Watson ”) on 9 April 2008. The accident was allegedly caused by the 1 st defendant (“ Cheung ”), who was Chu’s colleague and the accident took place at their workplace, namely, Park N Shop (“ the Supermarket ”) at Kam Ying Court Shopping Centre, 9 Kam Yip Road, Ma On Shan, New Territories.
