1. The four applicants, to whom we will refer as the 2 nd defendant, the 3 rd defendant, the 4 th defendant and the 5 th defendant respectively, were each employed at various times as directors or managers of a publicly listed company in Hong Kong, Tse Sui Luen Jewellery (International) Limited (“TSL”). They were convicted of various offences of conspiracy arising out of their, or their co-conspirators’, unlawful use of TSL funds.
