On 2 October 2026, Deputy District Judge Patrick Siu handed down judgment in Chow Tai Fook Life Insurance Co Ltd v Luk Kin Hang [2026] HKDC 1755, allowing the insurer's claim to claw back HK$1,356,009.36 in conditional performance bonuses from its former agent.
