On 14 August 2026, the Court of Appeal (Pang JA, Yeung JA and Chan J) refused to grant a certificate for leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal in HKSAR v Chan Wai Keung Lawrence (CACC 160/2021, [2026] HKCA 1409).
