On 8 October 2026, the Court of Appeal (Chu VP, Barma and G Lam JJA) handed down judgment in Chan Pui Sze and Mak Hau Yin (as Trustees of the Bankrupt) v Wang Jue [2026] HKCA 1776, dismissing the Trustees' appeal and upholding Cheng J's dismissal of their claim at [2024] HKCFI 2491.
