On 16 September 2026, the Court of Appeal (Pang, Chan and Tam JJ) handed down judgment in HKSAR v Zheng Dasong, CACC 220/2023, refusing the applicant's application for leave to appeal against his conviction for conspiracy to deal with property known or believed to represent proceeds of an indictable offence. The Respondent (HKSAR) was represented by Mr Wong Hei-yu, instructed by the Department of Justice.
