This is an application for leave to appeal by the defendant Richfield Realty Limited (“ D ”) against a decision of Mr Raymond Chow, Presiding Officer of the Labour Tribunal (“ Presiding Officer ”) allowing the claims of four claimants for Holiday Pay and Annual Leave Pay, and for one of the claimants, also Sickness Allowance (collectively “ Statutory Entitlements ”) under sections 35, 41 & 41C of the Employment Ordinance, Cap 57 (“ EO ”).
