This is the Respondent father (“Father”)’s application for variation of maintenance payable for the child of the parties (“Child”), who was born out of the wedlock, from $32,500 to $14,000 per month. The Father subsequently offered to vary to $17,000 per month, together with the undertaking to make some payments direct (details referred to in paragraph 33 below). The Applicant mother (“Mother”) opposed to the application.
