On 1 December 2015 ( Accident Date ), Mr Yip Kam Chun ( Applicant ), the Respondent’s accounting manager for 6 and ½ months allegedly met an accident ( Accident ) in the course of employment when he allegedly fell from an office swivel chair (court exhibit “R1”) ( Chair ) on which he was sitting, and suffered personal injuries.
