3. 2021年9月30日0430時左右，警員巡邏時看見登記車牌號碼為XP2115的私家車，停泊在九龍旺角通菜街129至139號友誠大廈外，車頭燈熄滅。被告人是該車司機，當時他神情慌張，用手遮蓋該車波棍附近的手枕箱，警員覺得可疑，於是截停被告人查問。
