1. This case involves two defendants. The 1 st defendant was charged with one count of trafficking in dangerous drugs [1] (Charge 2). The 2 nd defendant was charged with one count of possession of dangerous drugs [2] (Charge 1) and one count of driving a motor vehicle with any concentration of specified illicit drugs [3] (Charge 4). The two defendants were jointly charged with one count of trafficking in dangerous drugs [4] (Charge 3). The 1 st defendant pleaded guilty to Charges 2 and 3.
