2. 2016年8月10日下午大約7時, 在柴灣環翠邨, 警員看見被告踏著單車, 但注意到被告的腰間和褲袋有些突起來的東西。警員於是在翠康樓地下外截停被告, 在被告的左前褲袋發現一個可再封口膠袋, 膠袋內裝有後證實為內含2.67克甲基苯丙胺鹽酸鹽的2.77克晶狀固體。
