1. 被告人承認兩項控罪。第一項是以欺騙手段取得財產罪，違反香港法例第210章《盜竊罪條例》第17(1)條。第七項是無合理因由而沒有按照法庭的指定歸押罪，違反香港法例第221章《刑事訴訟程序條例》第9L(1) 及(3)條。
