These are three consolidated appeals concerned with sentences passed in respect of large quantities of ketamine, all three applicants having pleaded guilty in separate proceedings before the High Court to an offence (or offences) of trafficking in dangerous drugs, contrary to section 4(1)(a) and (3) of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, Cap 134.
