1. Mr Zhou pleaded guilty before me to one charge of Wounding with intent, contrary to section 17(a) of the Offences against the Person Ordinance, Cap 212. Particulars are that he, on 5 November 2023, at Room E, 9 th Floor, Shun King Building, Nos 17-33 Ka Lok Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, in Hong Kong, unlawfully and maliciously wounded Cao Wei with intent to do him grievous bodily harm.
