1. Defendant, you have pleaded guilty to two charges, the first being an offence of robbery, contrary to section 10 of the Theft Ordinance, Cap.210, Laws of Hong Kong, the particulars being that you on 13 March of this year at Fu Tei Road in Tuen Mun, New Territories, together with two others robbed Lio Man-kin of a wristwatch, a mobile phone, a ring and cash of HK$1,400. The 2nd charge is an offence of illegally remaining in Hong Kong, contrary to section 38(1)(b) of the Immigration Ordinance,
